State Farm Stadium provides a safe and enjoyable event experience for all guests.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available at all four Guest Services Offices located by Sections 104, 123, 417 & 448. Guests will be asked to leave a valid driver’s license or another form of identification in order to check out an Assistive Listening Device.
ADA Parking
All Sportsman's Park carparks have signed ADA parking spots.
On Cardinals game days vehicles must have a valid Cardinals parking hangtag to enter Sportsman’s Park or offsite gameday parking areas. A valid state-issued hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed ADA spot. Please contact the Arizona Cardinals Ticket Office at (602) 379-0102 for more information on gameday ADA parking.
Non-Cardinals stadium events require a valid paid parking ticket along with a state-issued hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed ADA spot. For mega-events, including the Fiesta Bowl, please contact the respective organization in charge of the event or visit our upcoming events page and click the desired event.
ADA Seating
Accessible seating is located on all three concourses at State Farm Stadium, including all Lofts and Field Boxes. All levels can be accessed by the elevators located near the five (5) stadium entrance locations. One power outlet is available at each guest seated an an accessible seating platform. Please contact a Guest Services Representative for any needed assistance.
ADA Cart Service
A courtesy cart service is available to mobility impaired fans from ADA parking areas to the Access Control Points. These carts are limited to mobility impaired fans and one companion. The carts will only take fans to the closest entrance. There is no cart service available inside State Farm Stadium. The cart service will be available two hours prior to events and until one-hour post event.

- Gray Lot/Yellow Lot = In SW corner of East Preferred lot near tree line by ADA Stalls
- Green Lot/Youth Sports Fields = In NW corner of E3 near tree line by ADA Stalls
- Blue Lot = In North Preferred lot outside of Gate 2
- Orange Lot/Black Lot = SE side of Great Lawn on 95th Ave outside Gate 1
- Red Lot = NE side of Great Lawn on 95th Ave outside Gate 1
Open Captioning
State Farm Stadium provides open captioning service for the stadium public address system. Open captioning is displayed below the stadium’s North and South video boards. Open captioning is automatically provided for larger sporting events that utilize the stadium’s public address system including Arizona Cardinals games and the Fiesta Bowl. In addition, open captioning is available via smartphones which are available free of charge at the Gate 1 Guest Services Office located across from Section 104. For smaller sporting events that utilize the public address system open captioning is available by request. To request open captioning, or to consult with stadium staff about appropriate communication aids/services, please contact our Guest Services Department at (623) 433-7120 or email guestservices@statefarmstadium.com. Requests for open captioning should be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Smartphone Open Captioning
State Farm Stadium is equipped to offer smartphone open captioning for guests. Smartphone open captioning is automatically provided for larger sporting events that utilize the stadium’s public address system including Arizona Cardinals games and the Fiesta Bowl. Smartphones for open captioning use are available free of charge at the Gate 1 Guest Service Office across from section 104. Fans will be asked to leave a valid driver’s license or another form of identification when checking out an open caption smartphone.

Restrooms
There are 50 restrooms located throughout State Farm Stadium. All men, women and family restrooms are ADA accessible and equipped with a baby-changing table. Please ask any staff member for directions to the closest restroom.
Sign Language Interpreters
State Farm Stadium can make arrangements for interpretive services for most large concerts and events. Interpreters can be arranged by contacting our Guest Services Department at guestservices@statefarmstadium.com, or by phone (623) 433-7120. Requests should be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Wheelchair Assistance (Event Day)
Wheelchair assistance is available to guests once they have entered the stadium. It is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for wheelchair assistance can be made by asking a stadium staff member or by visiting a Guest Services Booth located near Sections 104, 123, 417 and 448.
State Farm Stadium will provide wheelchairs and a staff member to escort guests to their seats, but it is requested that mobility impaired patrons be accompanied by another adult in their party. Upon arrival at the seating location, guests are required to surrender wheelchairs to stadium staff. Stadium provided wheelchairs may not be used as temporary seating for events. To make arrangements for post-event wheelchair assistance, guests are asked to fill out a wheelchair escort request form stating their desired pick-up time and location. Wheelchair escort request forms are available at all stadium Guest Services Booths. When exiting the stadium guests will be brought to the exterior glass doors on the stadium's main concourse level. All requests for wheelchair escorts are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. A short wait time may be required.
Wheelchairs / Mobility Scooters
Personal wheelchairs and mobility scooters are allowed at State Farm Stadium. When arriving to State Farm Stadium in either a personal wheelchair or mobility scooter, fans must enter through the ADA Access Control Point at Gate 2.
